3. Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 0-3 business days from the date of purchase. In most cases orders are fulfilled before the 3-days period. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.

While our standard delivery timeframe is efficient, we recommend customers to refer to the individual seller/vendor shipping policies for specific guidelines. Some vendors may have a delivery window of 3 to 7 business days.
5.3. National Delivery: Orders are delivered within 3-business days, by or before 17:00. While our standard delivery timeframe is efficient, we recommend customers to refer to the individual seller/vendor shipping policies for specific guidelines. 6. Local parcels must not be larger than 50cm x 50cm x 50cm, or 30kg.
If they exceed the weight, the volume will be taken and the national economy rate will be applied.
6.1. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can view the shipping costs at the checkout before completing your purchase. The provided shipping fees are exclusive of VAT/Tax

7. One Box: This corresponds to the weight of 30kg, and the flat rate applied covers parcels weighing from 0 to 30kg, local parcels must not be larger than 50cm x 50cm x 50cm, or 30kg. If they exceed the weight, the volume will be taken and the national economy rate will be applied.
8. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

9. Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
