When making purchases on our platform, we want you to shop with confidence, knowing your payment details are protected.

We prioritise your convenience by offering secure and flexible payment options.

(a) Payflex: Split your purchase into interest-free installments, making it easier to budget for the items you love. Missing a payment may incur default fees. For South African based customers only. For more details, review the Payflex Terms & Conditions.

(b) Paystack: Enjoy seamless and instant payments using Visa, Debit, or Mastercard. This trusted third-party payment gateway ensures your transactions are quick, secure, and hassle-free.

(c) PayPal: For our international customers, we accept payments through PayPal, offering a secure and convenient way to complete your transactions from anywhere in the world.

Your payments are secured through third-party fintech companies like Paystack, PayPal and Payflexy.

This option allows you to manage your budget and enjoy your purchase without the upfront cost.

With this option you can shop now and pay later, giving you the freedom to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks or 3 interest-free payments over 3 paydays.

Please note that failure to make payments within the agreed-upon terms may result in default fees being charged.

While our standard delivery window in South Africa is 3-7 days, we recommend customers to refer to the individual brands shipping policies for specific guidelines. Visit track my order on the menu bar and type your order tracking number onto the Courier Guy / FedEx system. 

Your order number will often be your tracking number. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an order number, thereafter once your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive confirmation of your order tracking number, starting with  “ZFR”

International customers track via the FedEx dashboard. 

We ship in the United Kingdom and Netherlands.

Zani Africa is pleased to offer international shipping to the United Kingdom and Netherlands. Now, you can experience our handcrafted products no matter where you are!

  • Shipping Times: Delivery times will vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen. Deliveries typically takes 7 – 21 days.
  • Shipping Costs: International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Customs and Duties: Please note that custom duties or taxes may apply depending on your country regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We strive to provide a smooth and secure shopping experience, no matter where you’re located!

If you’re unable to see any shipping options during checkout, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a support ticket requesting a shipping quote for the product(s) you’re interested in. (Support through our WhatsApp channel).

  2. Our team will be alerted to review and correct any system errors preventing the display of shipping costs. Please note: if you are located in the United Kingdom or the Netherlands, the system allows you to checkout without any shipping fees.

  3. You will receive a personalised shipping quote, verified through our logistics partner, FedEx.

  4. A secure payment link will be provided to settle your shipping fees.

  5. Once payment is confirmed, your parcel will be scheduled for delivery. 

  6. A tracking number will be uploaded to your order once your item is ready for shipment.

On the home page, click on the account icon located on the right side of your screen next to the ‘cart’ icon and click the ‘Lost your Password’ icon. This option will allow you to initiate the password reset process.

You may terminate your seller account at any time by following our account closure process by sending your request to Info@zaniafrica.co

We offer a 7-day return policy for South African consumers and a 14-day return policy for consumers in the EU. This means you have a reasonable period after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition (unworn and unused).
  • The item must include all tags and be in its original packaging.
  • You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a return. We encourage you to check your order as soon as it arrives to ensure your satisfaction.

For international customers, shipping rates will apply, based on the couriers rates.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at Ops@zaniafrica.co, please allow maximum 24 hours for our dedicated team to get back to you. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at Ops@zaniafrica.co 

  • Returns accepted for 7 days – South Africa
  • R150.00 flat rate pickup service 
  • No final sale items

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Returns accepted for 14 days – Europe
  • For customers in the European market, return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • No final sale items
