We currently offer shipping within South Africa and internationally (United Kingdom & Netherlands). For international orders, please ensure you check for shipping costs before completing your purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size of the product, and the shipping destination. Additional duties, taxes, and shipping fees may apply depending on your location, which will be displayed before the completion of your purchase.

For South African orders, we offer the following:

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery within 3-5 business days.
  • Expedited Delivery: Delivery within 3-7 business days (additional cost applies).

For International orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination country.

  • International:
    • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. For international orders, the estimated delivery timeframe is 10-14 business days. Please note that made-to-order products may have longer delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number along with a link to track the status of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.
  • International Restrictions: Due to varying regulations in different countries, we may not be able to ship to some international destinations. If your location is restricted, we will notify you.

Shipping Insurance

  • All shipments within South Africa are insured by Zani Africa. In case of damage or loss during the delivery process, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
  • For international orders, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout to cover any potential damage or loss during transit.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and other fees may be applied by the customs authorities of the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Zani Africa. We advise you to check with your local customs office for details on any applicable fees.

Order Issues

If your order has been delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us at Ops@zaniafrica.co within 3 business days so we can investigate and assist with resolution.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is correct. Zani Africa is not responsible for delays or mis-deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

International Shipping Returns

  • Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping for international orders is the responsibility of the customer in the case of product defectiveness or wrong product delivery. Read more here in Return & Refunds. 
  • Customs Duties and Taxes: Please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply to returns from international orders. These costs are the customer’s responsibility, in the case of product defectiveness or wrong product delivery.

  • Remote Locations: Some couriers may have extended delivery times or additional fees for remote or hard-to-reach areas. If applicable, mention this and specify the areas that may be impacted.
