We do not own any of the products listed in our online store. Instead, we showcase products from various vendors and use cutting-edge technology to attract targeted traffic. Our goal is to enhance your brand visibility and boost your sales through our platform.

On the home page, click on the account icon located on the right side of your screen next to the ‘cart’ icon and click the ‘Lost your Password’ icon. This option will allow you to initiate the password reset process.

You may terminate your seller account at any time by following our account closure process by sending your request to Info@zaniafrica.co

  2. Visit your account dashboard
  3. Click on orders
  4. Make the necessary changes and save

While our standard delivery window is 3-7 days, we recommend customers to refer to the individual seller/vendor shipping policies for specific guidelines. Visit track my order and type your order tracking number onto the courier guy tracking system. 

Please note there’s a difference between your order tracking number and your order number. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an order number, thereafter once the designated vendor ships your product, you will then receive an order tracking number. 

We use a third-party payment gateway to ensure maximum security for transactions on Zani Africa. This gateway supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and EFT.

Your payments are secured through third-party fintech companies like Paystack and PayPal.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at Info@zaniafrica.co, please allow 1 working day for our dedicated team to get back to you. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at Ops@zaniafrica.co 

Returns accepted for 7 days at a cost of R120.00 (flat rate) pickup service.
